Chapter Website
Upon entering Belmont University in 2010, I pledged Alpha Gamma Delta, a women’s fraternity and a wonderful group of women who promote academics, community involvement, personal growth and development, and an unbreakable bond of sisterhood. The women of Alpha Gamma Delta strive to “Live with Purpose”, and this sisterhood continually works to fulfill this goal through campus involvement, personal development programs, and opportunities to learn from and grow with fellow sisters. Alpha Gam women work to inspire the women in their lives while also aiming to make an impact on the world.
As a collegiate member of Alpha Gamma Delta, I participated in the following activities:
-Various philanthropic events to support those living with diabetes, including Vandy Family Day, Trick-Or-Treat for Diabetes, and JDRF’s Promise Gala.
-Volunteer work in the community with great organizations including the Nashville Rescue Mission, Meals on Wheels, and the Belmont Best Buddies program.
-Serve as a voting member and exercise my vote when planning various on-campus events put on by Alpha Gamma Delta.
